Dillon’s Corner is an Italian deli, restaurant and bakery in the heart of
Skibbereen, Ireland. The site is steeped in history is the perfect location
for the organic, modern, produce focused one stop shop. The design
focuses on a nod to the self grown vegetables that are used daily, paired with a deep green brand colour taken from the original building.
