











Bun House is a Chinese steamed bun ‘street café’ in Soho. My brief was to create an eating experience inspired by the late 90’s / early 2000’s Hong Kong films channelling ‘missed moments’ and bygone eras, and the open street cafés known as ‘dai pai dong’.
Infusing British colonial elements with traditional Chinese essence, the desire was to create an environment with a lush, internal charm.
