76 Yards is a vibrant bar concept within Sunderland AFC’s Stadium of Light. Created in collaboration with Sunderland AFC and Delaware North UK. Designed to serve fans and visitors with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, 76 Yards brings a contemporary edge and sociable energy to the stadium’s hospitality offering.
The concept responds to the rich history of ships and 76 shipyards in the prime of Sunderlands building days. With graphic nods from the industrial shapes of the shipyards to the typography hand painted onto boats, the visual identity reflects the spirit of working together, building greatness and local success. A playful yet refined interior in which fans can enjoy match days with passion and excitement.
